I love Elisabeth Elliot's writing! She is so very inspirational in a down-to-earth, "not-so-common-sensical" way. I've done well to adopt this particular wisdom expressed here, but I'm working hard to ingrain it into my daughter, who is the biggest worry-wart of a 5 yr old I've ever seen! She's always borrowing trouble ("What if...") and worries about tomorrow and the day after, etc.
